If you have a PC with Sync enabled, go to Manage Bookmarks (Ctrl-Shift-B) and click on "Other speed dials". Delete the folder for the device in question, and the device will be removed from the server.

RE: [Solved] Why does Opera keep signing me out of everything after I close it?Opera GX
@shajins2k Every time you close Opera, or every time you restart your computer?
You being signed in somewhere is controlled by a cookie for that site. So if you've set Opera to throw away new cookies on exit, that will log you out. Alternatively some third-party privacy software can be configured to delete cookies - that even includes CCleaner. So if cookies are deleted every time you restart the computer, check for something like that.

RE: Will Tab Islands come to Opera GX?Opera GX
@dion06 They're not in Stable yet, so give them time. Opera One is still in Developer, not even Beta yet. When version 100 reaches Stable, then we'll have tab islands. GX is generally a little behind Stable even. Will tab islands be coming to GX? I'm not a developer and don't know for sure, but I expect them to. But it'll be a couple of months I guess.

RE: Weather widget location changeOpera for Windows
Hover it, click the "..." behind the location name, select Change location. Fairly obvious.

RE: How do I remove Google Search Bar in Speed Dial?Opera for computers
On the menu go to Settings. In the sidebar, click on the option to show "Advanced" settings. Click on the Browser section, and scroll down to "Start Page". Select "Hide Search box".

RE: Messed up colors due to Force Dark PagesOpera GX
@sirblobfish If you go to
chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark
you will see about 10 different options in the dropdown related to force dark mode, including one that applies it only to non-image elements.. You might try that.

RE: [Solved]Syncing Speed Dial Across Windows ComputersOpera for Windows
Actually, you can copy them from "Other speed dials" but you can't sync them directly. Many people have Opera on several machines (say, home and work) and want different speed dials on different machines. There is a feature request for a way to actually sync them; add your support to that request.

RE: Where is the "Recently closed tabs/Tab menu" button on the top right?Opera for computers
As I'm one of those who never has more than 5 tabs open at a time, search in tabs is almost useless to me. But Leo and I are not developers, Opera Software will do what they want not what I want.

RE: What is Tile animation in the GX settings?Opera GX
Has to do with what happens when you hover (mouse over) a speed dial tile; it isn't a big thing.

RE: Will Tab Islands come to Opera GX?Opera GX
@nedrapter Sorry, not in direct contact with them. You probably know as much as I do. At the time I thought since GX was 2 versions behind regular Opera that when we reached that version it would just show up, but we're well past that now.

@DerSchlingel Why not? You can already run One and GX side by side, why would Neon be different?

RE: How successful has Opera GX been in attracting and retaining its target audience since its launch?Opera GX
@Aoun1k3 Not likely to get an answer here. This is a user support forum (where users help other users) and Opera staff rarely reply. They might, but don't be surprised if they don't.

RE: [Suggestion] Remove history when Panic button is usedOpera GX
@Poshua Already exists, though separate from Panic mode. If you go to the history page (not the sidebar), there's a button in the lrft column labelled "Redeem my soul" that hides your history; after using it there's a button to bring it all back. Why that isn't part of Panic mode ... maybe they just didn't think of it?

RE: Opera GX signs me out of google everytime i restart my pcOpera GX
@juni01 Opera can't know whether you rebooted, so if it is actually every time you restart the computer and not every time you restart Opera then it isn't Opera causing it. There are any number of web security products and even Microsoft's Ccleaner that can be configured to delete cookies on restart - sounds like one of those.

RE: Fantasy Points Calculator Site Not Loading ProperlyOpera for Windows
@adam2131 Why would anyone trust a site that can't use images appropriate to its topic? Presumably that means you must be the site designer or at least working for him. He needs to fix his site's design before trying to worry about specific browsers.

RE: Recurring Freemarker Template Error in Opera GXOpera GX
@yiclouis Sounds like a browser-sniffing error. That is to say, their website doesn't know what to do when it sees a person is using Opera. No current browser supports Java, so the stack trace is their website code.
The proper thing to do is complain to them. The altenative is to use a user-agent switcher to tell that website that your Opera GX is really Chrome or Edge. Telling them has the advantage of having them fix the site for all Opera users, though you have to wait for them to do so. Installing a user-agent switcher extension on the other hand is something you do yourself, no waiting for them. Of course, you could do both (which is usually what I do when I encounter such a site).

RE: All Opera GX audio was lowered to a very low volumeOpera GX
When a sound is playing, Windows Volume Mixer is able to adjust the volume of that sound's source, including programs. So yes, even older versions of Windows can adjust program sounds individually.

RE: Access to password managerOpera for Windows
@JeeeebacOpere1 Generally, turn it on in settings. If there is a specific site that you told Opera not to save passwords for, and you've changed your mind, you'll need to go into the password manager at Settings > Advanced > Autofill Settings, Passwords or type
opera://password-manager/passwords
in the address bar, then find the listing for that website and remove it.
