Eggnog Pancakes (High-Protein)
Nothing is more festive than eggnog, and these high-protein eggnog pancakes do not disappoint! They're so perfect to enjoy during the holiday season, and they've got an added boost of protein from the eggnog flavoured protein powder! Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Flax Egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 2.5 tbsp filtered water), (2 tbsp flax seeds + 6 tbsp warm water)
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups All Purpose Flour, spoon-and-level method
- 44 grams44 grams44 grams All-in-One-Shake - Good Protein, Eggnog Flavour (1 whole scoop)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Granulated White Sugar
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Applesauce, Unsweetened
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Oat Milk, Organic, or any milk of choice
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a small bowl, create your flax egg by mixing together ground flaxseeds and warm water. Let it set for 5 minutes.
- To a larger bowl, combine flax eggs, applesauce, oat milk, and sugar and whisk until combined.
- Add all-purpose flour, Good Protein EggNog All in One Shake, baking powder, and baking soda and whisk until just combined.
- Heat up a pan on low-medium heat and cook your pancakes, about 1-2 minutes on each side or until the edges are golden brown.
- Top with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or any other toppings of your choice.
Notes
Makes 14-16 pancakes. How to store: place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 5-6 days.
