What's the best way to monitor surfaces for change before the human eye can even detect them? By comparing SAR images taken at different times, you can create images called interferograms that map tiny precise changes in surfaces. Unstable slopes or swelling roads can then be spotted, and hopefully fixed, before they cause any harm. In November 2022, our Customer Success team started a new program: Customer Success for a day. It’s an open invite to colleagues who aren’t on the team to sit with a CS manager and see what they’re working on. Requests, problems, solutions, and so on. Since then, about one third of the company has signed up. People from engineering, HR, marketing, and every other department have had a behind-the-scenes look at how CS tackles customer requests. It’s been a smash hit. And it’s improved how we work together as a company. Everyone knows more about what our customers need, and what goes into helping them.
