I’m happy to announce that Trafi has been acquired by Enghouse Transportation & Public Safety. I’ll be continuing with the business in a new role. When I took over as Trafi CEO just over two years ago, the company was in a tough place and the odds weren’t in our favour. Thanks to the great skills and hard work of a team of some of the smartest and nicest folks I had the pleasure to work with, we managed to restructure the company and earn the trust of some of the world’s most exacting cities and demanding technology clients. Together we learned to win new clients, deliver for existing ones, grow our revenue, generate profit and even build a modest cash buffer. I am immensely proud of the way that we turned this company around and into a profitable and resilient business. Being acquired by the Enghouse group will help us to build on this start, unlocking opportunities for international growth that we couldn't have reached alone, and delivering an exit for our supportive early stage investors. I’m especially grateful to Dominykas Sedleckas and Domas Ričkus who worked by my side through it all, sharing the load as we navigated short-term crises (Silicon Valley Bank, anyone?) and guided the team to consistently serve our precious clients. To everyone who joined us on this journey, thank you. Your work mattered and you made this possible.
