85% of your construction sales activity is happening in the dark 👇 “We had the perfect solution. But the client had already signed with someone else.” One of the most frustrating sentences in construction sales – and a sign of a deeper issue. Over the past 10 years, we’ve worked with more than 150 construction companies and found the same pattern again and again: 85% of sales activity happens in the dark – in emails, calls, side conversations, and site visits. Early sales activities get rarely tracked – and that’s exactly where revenue is lost. ➡️ That's why we put all our experience in our report: “Why most construction sales teams miss out on revenue” Here we break down: -> What high-performing sales teams are doing differently today -> Why traditional CRM systems don’t capture the full sales journey -> How the hidden 85% of activity holds the key to winning more deals -> How AI can help turn messy, scattered lead data into actionable insights 👉 Download the full report for free: https://lnkd.in/dc-Utw7A

How many tools do you use for sales in the construction industry? The idea behind every new solution is usually the same: "Let’s finally streamline the chaos." Everyone wants to simplify things. But most new tools just make it more complex. Why? Because they rarely address the full picture. Most focus on solving one specific problem: delivering new project information, aggregating public tender data or offering a more actionable project pipeline view. But they don’t help you win the deal. So how are we doing it differently at Building Radar? We don’t aim to be your “one and only” tool. And we don’t expect you to switch everything overnight. Instead: ➡️ We review your sales approach, uncover blind spots, and turn them into action ➡️ We provide a system that connects with what you already use while reducing it to essentials ➡️ We train your team to surface early opportunities, build a sharper pipeline, and close If this resonates and you'd like to see how Building Radar puts it into practice, let’s have a conversation. P.S.: This is what a well-known xkcd comic might look like adapted to the construction industry:

Why do some deals get closed easily and others go nowhere 👇 Same team. Same product. Same market conditions. And yet: Some deals go smoothly, others get stuck for weeks. Some reps hit targets with ease, others struggle without results. It’s rarely a question of effort. It’s not just about skill. In construction sales, success often comes down to things that are hard to track and impossible to scale: ➡️ A lucky early chat with the site manager led to the win ➡️ A rep remembering, “Hey, didn’t we see a tender just like this last year?” ➡️ A perfectly timed follow-up – more intuition than process All valuable. None repeatable. With Building Radar, top performance no longer depends on intuition, memory, or luck. Everybody in your sales team can: ✅ Use lead scoring to identify the best-fitting projects ✅ Spot relevant projects early, before they hit public databases ✅ Keep track of who spoke to whom and build on every touchpoint ✅ Track project changes in real time. No surprises, no missed chances ✅ Personalize outreach effectively – whether or not they’ve had prior contact Top-performer insights no longer disappear into personal notes, they become part of the system. Everyone knows who’s spoken to whom, builds on existing relationships, and moves faster. Success becomes repeatable – even when team members move on. #sales #construction

Monday, 9:03 AM. Sales meeting.  The head of sales asks: “What’s the status on the project?” 👇 The sales rep replies: “Got a good feeling. Chatted with the site manager last week – quick call, didn’t log it in the CRM. I think they’re in tender phase already.” And just like that, you’re right in the middle of the five classic blind spots we often see in construction sales teams: 1️⃣ Discovering projects too late By the time a project hits tender, it’s already too late to influence specs or decision-makers. 2️⃣ CRMs don’t reflect reality On paper, your CRM looks solid. In reality? It’s outdated and incomplete. Why? Manual updates take time, and early sales work often never makes it in. 3️⃣ All leads treated equally “100 new leads!” Great, but 95 of them go nowhere. A full pipeline isn’t always a productive one. 4️⃣ Invisible sales activity Up to 85% of sales work happens outside the CRM – in calls, emails, site visits. If you can’t see it, you can’t improve it. 5️⃣ Forecasting by gut feeling “If I’m honest, I just feel good about this deal.” Nice – but feelings won’t drive solid forecasts. These blind spots are as common as they are solvable – and you don’t need five different tools to fix them. Building Radar can tackle them all at once, helping you close more deals and boost your revenue significantly. If this piques your interest, let's discuss! #sales #construction #blindspots #crm

Remember when we used to drive without GPS? 👇 Can you imagine driving a new route without GPS? Wrong turns, longer detours, wasted time. There was a time when this was completely normal. Even today, you don’t have to use it – but most of us do, because it makes things easier and more efficient. When it comes to construction sales, many still stick to old habits and outdated methods. Even when better solutions exist, skepticism often gets in the way. Using Building Radar feels like switching from paper maps to GPS in sales: ➡️ No wasted time because AI takes over the manual work ➡️ No wrong turns thanks to Lead Scoring that shows where to focus ➡️ Fastest lane from project information to contract and revenue What’s holding you back – when all it takes is a few minutes on a free strategy call to see if Building Radar could be your sales GPS too? #construction #sales #leadscoring #ai

Strategic Product Workshop at Lake Ammersee 🌞 Last week, our international Building Radar team gathered at beautiful Lake Ammersee for an intensive product and strategy workshop. Across focused sessions, we refined our mission, defined the roadmap for the next 12 months, and developed concrete implementation plans to shape the future of Building Radar. Short breaks by the lake kept our minds clear and ideas sharp, while collaboration naturally strengthened. Even though the core of our offsite remained business-focused with deep-dive analyses, planning, and collaboration, these moments also fostered stronger team connections. Most importantly: our customers will benefit directly from this workshop. We've defined the next big steps for our product – making Building Radar even more powerful and insightful: ✅ Enrich contacts and project data with additional insights ✅ Prioritize high-impact opportunities through intelligent lead scoring ✅ Eliminate duplicates and unify information for full clarity across teams ✅ Automatically capture sales data from all sources – whether emails, PDFs, tenders, or even construction sign photos We are excited to bring these strategic initiatives to life in the months ahead – and to empower our users with the most intelligent construction sales platform on the market. #BuildingRadar #Mission #Strategy
