That’s when the company decided to migrate — not just to modernize its cloud infrastructure, but to adopt a long-term, holistic approach to its overall technology stack. ace turtle needed a dynamic system that could scale seamlessly during sales peaks, optimize resources during downtime and automate time-consuming tasks. In August 2024, ace turtle completed its migration to Google Cloud in two and a half months, deploying applications on Cloud Run and hosting databases on virtual machines. Cloud Load Balancing and Cloud CDN now ensure low-latency performance across customer-facing platforms, while Pub/Sub and Dataflow enable real-time processing of orders, catalogs, and inventory. Within the first year, the new architecture delivered a 25–30% reduction in infrastructure management overhead and savings in cloud costs.

Catalog photoshoots that once required models, studios, and weeks of effort are now automated using AI-generated imagery.
