This app saved my life
Though I’m working in corporate, I’m so happy to be back in retail at my own convenience. Now I can take shifts knowing that I’ll always have my bills paid and enough left over for nights out on the weekend. This app is genius and society really has never been more spoiled to have the privilege of choice for when to work.
It does take time to ramp up and grab shifts, but as long as you’re attentive with the app, proactive during the work, and willing to provide exceptional customer service, you’ll be overwhelmed with the choices of shifts to fill up your work schedule by week 3! I hope to stay on Reflex for a long time coming!
Great App, If You Can Get Jobs
I signed up for Reflex in Nashville. It is a wonderful app with a lot of potential! The Reflex employees are great at keeping you updated and walking you through the process once you get a job.
Black Friday weekend I had no issues getting jobs, but it’s been virtually impossible to snag one since. I’ve been requested back to stores and missed the notification by 5 minutes and the job was taken by someone else already. It’s highly competitive and very difficult to secure a job through the app, but I hope as more brands learn about it that changes. So for now, 4 stars - definitely room for improvement in this regard.
Also - no issues getting paid! Payments were received 2 business days after the weekend shifts!
WORST APP EVER!!!!!!!
The process to get hired and actually start working is extremely tiresome ,not to mention I had a horrible experience with a reflexes VINEYARD VINES in king of Prussia mall the first one I ever did with them I left my purse and my bag of snacks along with my water bottle in the back it was all next to MY PURSE meaning obviously you know the water bottle isn’t yours if you didn’t bring it why did someone drink from it and left syrup residue 🙄🤢🤮 and when I asked for the cameras to be rolled back all of a sudden they don’t have access so don’t work retail especially not through reflex because not only was I disgusted there wasn’t anyone I could go to and I got fired due to feedback but it’s like how about my feedback where my PROTECTION just because I work at a establishment doesn’t mean they can touch my personal experience property and I just have to shut up because I may or may not get fired
