Putting five stars so it goes to the top.
when you want to track a package it makes you pay to track it. As soon as you put the tracking number in and click track, a screen will pop up asking what subscription you want... Very, very stupid app if you ask me!! Absolutely no point in getting it unless you want to pay more money and possibly be scammed.
best app with room for improvement
So far the best. The only thing missing is automatic merging of parcels by additional tracking number (with an indication of which parcels are included in the cọmbined track). If this is added, it will be the best application. The new design is more readable due to the contrast of the interface.
Delivery
Horrible service experience my package didn’t come the first time with this service, even ordered a second time and still never received. can’t even give the customer the name of the company delivering or a timeframe. Only showing destinations it may reach just to say out for delivery and end up saying delivered but no notice, no knock on the door. Honestly, i know it was never delivered b/c i have a ring camera and nobody ever showed up on the days it claimed it was delivered. I spent a lot of money on the items I ordered just for it not to arrive. Unacceptable!!!!
