Description

Claim is a simple platform that helps you join class action settlements from companies that may have misled you as a customer. On average, customers are owed over $345 in settlements each year. Just select the brands you’ve purchased from that are in a settlement, and Claim will handle the filing for you.

To use Claim:

1. SELECT BRANDS YOU PURCHASED FROM
2. JOIN ELIGIBLE SETTLEMENTS
3. CASH OUT ONCE APPROVED

Note: Claim is not a law firm and is not affiliated with any parties in the class action. Settlement funds are distributed by the official class action administrator, so Claim cannot guarantee any specific payout.

Claim Pro is a paid weekly renewable subscription.

TRIED IT!!!!

I tried this out, before i knew nothing about class action settlements but this is amazing ! Applied for 3 settlements so far. 100% worth it instead of spending your time looking for them on your own which takes a while

Developer Response ,

Hi there. Love to hear this! Thanks so much for giving Claim a shot — sounds like you’re already making the most of it. Appreciate you sharing how helpful it’s been.

Not worth it

I submitted about 3 or 4 claims through the app on 6/19. It told me they would be mailed around 6/21 and I would be updated when they were submitted on my behalf. Now it is 6/26 and there has been no movement on any of them. One is the Apple settlement that has to be submitted by 7/2 and I don’t even know if my claim has been submitted. No quick way to get ahold of support, just have to email them and hope I hear back in the next couple days. Definitely not worth $9.99 a month. Just submit the claims yourself!

Edited to add after response from developer: I wasn’t referring to the claim being processed and paid out, I understand that doesn’t come from you, I was referring to the fact that after I submitted my claim, it wasn’t being sent in to the companies. On the timeline on your app, it just said submitted, but was never moving to the second step of being actually “mailed” to the companies handling the settlements. I did contact customer support and they finally mailed them after I waited over a week without them being actually sent in.

Developer Response ,

Hi there! Once claims are filed, payouts are handled by the class action administrators—they usually take 1–3 months to process. Totally get wanting updates, and we’re working on better ways to keep you in the loop. If you ever want to check on a claim, just reach out at support@tryclaim.app!

SCAM!!! Do not download.

I signed up for this app after seeing a video of a girl on TikTok getting paid over $700 in claims. First off, it is not free, it’s $10 a week which will quickly add up. I was eligible for about $300 in claims, so I filled everything out accordingly.

You don’t get information to follow up on the claim, except for a vague “tracker” in the app that tells you nothing except if your claim has been mailed.

Fast forward 2 weeks later, $20 dollars down, I reopen the app to see no update except “mailed.” Also, my estimated payout dropped nearly $100 from the previous value. My guess is that by the time I’ll have any sort of payout, l’ll have already lost more considering the pay cut from the law offices as well as the app. Not worth it!

Developer Response ,

Hey! Totally understand the frustration. Just to clarify — Claim doesn’t decide payouts or timing, and we never take a cut of your settlement. We charge for helping users access claims they might otherwise miss or never file. As explained in the app, the payout takes 1-3 months to arrive. Thanks for sharing your experience. — Carrie from Claim
