Pretty great and easy to use. I get good results. I wish that banks didn’t see that this was from Facebook. They constantly block my card thinking that my transactions are fraudulent because of all the fraud on Facebook itself. Other than this, I owe a big part of my success to them and I am grateful.

Ad account consistently disabled for no reason given. Customer support is out of the country and doesn’t know what to do most of the time and also consistently claims that they can help so now I’m stuck with disabled accounts and customer service who don’t know how to help. Meanwhile, I pay for ads and I pay for verification. This is a disgrace. They should’ve never bought Instagram. This is the reason TikTok keeps going doing business with meta-is a complete slap in the face and a joke.

It's hard to believe that the world's largest social media platforms would have an app that is consistently buggy or broken. The daily cost that show up are never accurate. You're always having to tap to the second or third to see up-to-date totals. Today cost per thruplay just disappeared completely. There's also business manager, and there's also ad manager on the web yet none or speak to each other in any way shape or form. Posting ads here is even worse. If you have multiple pages and you choose. A different objective everything resets to a different page and if you aren't paying close attention, you'll be posting the wrong ads on the wrong pages.

From building an ad, to general navigation of the app, Meta Ads Manager is consistently broken. After messing with this app forever to finally sort of have an idea of how to navigate it, you finally are almost finished with building an ad and go to add a picture, the screen crashes, everything you have done in making the ad, is gone and you have to restart. When you run a business by yourself, wasting so much time on this app is coasting me more money than this app is supposed to be helping me bring in. It’s terrible and u will be shifting over to google ads, because google actually care if their apps work.

This is the only app that gets worse with every update. It gets slower, updates don’t refresh when you refresh it. You literally have to close the app and reopen it. How can an app made by a multi billion dollar company get so many updates yet be so bad. Literally the app will not even let you turn off ads unless you do it multiple times. I truly believe it is intentionally created to be deceptive and make you spend more money because you never see accurate numbers and it doesn’t functional properly.

The app doesn’t work as intended AT ALL, and customer support literally doesn’t exist. This is not hyperbole. There’s not a way to contact customer support. For example, I added funding to the account. Tried to run ads from my FUNDED account. They kept trying to charge my credit card to run the ads instead of using funding. Tried to reach out to support. They kept telling me how to verify my credit card so they could charge my card instead of using funding. Verified 5+ times and they kept trying to reverify. Total clown show.
