Great Store
B&H is a great store for buying photography equipment. The have a huge variety of products and outstanding service with it. The app pulls all this together in a simple interface.
Can’t place an order
That was pretty frustrating, I tried both the app and via a browser, I was getting constant error messages that there is a problem with my billing address but not stating what exactly is wrong. In the app I was being sent back to the same step basically going round in circles. Useless. Impossible to get connected with the customer service via chat or email. No response. Pretty sad experience!
